Terms of sale

1. Seller

2. What is sold

• Diamonds: the game's virtual currency, in packs (e.g. 300 diamonds for €0.99). They buy skins, effects, the pass, or gold.
• 30-day pass: for 30 days from purchase, more gold per game, a daily gold gift, two quest changes a day and an exclusive skin. It does not renew automatically: nothing is charged when it ends. Buying again adds 30 days to those left.

Chests are not sold: they are only earned by playing.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, before the purchase is confirmed. Diamond prices of in-game items are shown with their approximate euro equivalent.

4. Order and payment

Purchases are made from the in-game shop, signed in to your account. Payment is handled by [to fill in: provider]; the game never receives your bank details. The order is confirmed by e-mail.

5. Delivery

Diamonds and the pass are credited to your account right after the payment is confirmed, and are available on all your devices.

6. Right of withdrawal

This is digital content supplied immediately. Under EU consumer law (in France, article L221-28, 13° of the Consumer Code), by confirming the purchase you ask for the supply to start right away and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal. This consent is asked for explicitly at the time of purchase and restated in the confirmation.

7. Refunds

A purchase not delivered (diamonds not credited) or a double charge is refunded or corrected on request at [e-mail address]. Diamonds already spent are not refundable, unless the law requires it. A refund granted by the payment provider removes the corresponding diamonds from the account.

8. Minors

A minor must have the consent of a parent or of the holder of the payment method before any purchase.

9. Guarantees

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity of digital content.

10. Complaints and mediation

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
